Yihawker operations is about excellence. Operational excellence is a religion and faith for yihawker ops. While we may cast our operations in uncharted seas, mistakes are paramount to the success of our vision. Therefore our ops team cultivates growth and efficiency through the daily dealings.
Graduate Intern as an Operations Assistant at $600-$800/month,
With the chance to convert to full-time Area Manager at $2200-$2500/month
(1 Weekday & 1 Weekend Off, Scheduled by Ops officer)
Located at Tanjong Rhu Road/Macpherson
-To handle operations
-Assigning delivery
-Handling all inflow & outflow process
High chance of conversion after 3 months probation.
To be trained as a Full-time Area Manager, job description below;
-Oversee day to day operations
-Expertise in customer service & handling customer relationship
-Hiring, Training, and Coaching staffs
-Maintaining strong relationship with brand
-Other duties as required or assigned
-Setting sales targets
-Maximising sales and profitability
-Assist in the execution of quarterly business plans.
-Ensuring necessary documents are endorsed
-Managing all riders
-Monitor personnel locations and utilizations in order to minimize lead time from order placement to final delivery
-Live relay orders, messages, and information to or from rider fleet
-Confer with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and special requests.
-Record and maintain file and records of work performed, cash collection, and other dispatch information.
