Responsibilities
- Attend to phone-in/walk-in customers
- Provide quotations to corporate customers
- Give professional advice on vehicle servicing and maintenance matters
- Liaise with workshop team on tasks accomplished and handle sales related transactions
- Implement marketing and promotional activities to achieve profitability objectives
- Maintain and develop good relationships with new/existing customers
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales (product training will be provided)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with customer-oriented disposition
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (need to interact with Mandarin-speaking customers)
- Is passionate about automotive products

- Mon – Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm / Every Sat: 8.30am to 2.30pm
- Company transport is provided from Clementi MRT
