1. Organise workflow and preparing schedules 
2. Oversee merchandising 
3. Account for cash collection 
4. Assist with the opening and closing of stores, merchandising and stock-taking 
5. Ensure general cleanliness of the store
6. Visual merchandising and company guidelines and standards are met. 
7. Provide quality and professional services to customers 
8. Be resourceful in speaking to different type of customers 
9. Ability to cross sell and up sell 
10. Provide resolution to customers' query/feedback
