Job Description 

• Meet and follow up on sales enquiries with potential clients
• Develop design concept & sales quotation according to budgets, layouts and requirements.
• Coordinates with clients, vendors, and contractors to carry out renovation work schedule to ensure smooth execution and handover of project.
• Conduct product sourcing & negotiation with suppliers
• On-site visits to supervise and coordinate to ensure professionalism within the renovation period.

Requirements

• Good knowledge in design and computer software i.e. AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, MS Excel and etc
• Ability to interpret and build good rapport with people.
• Reliable and has a positive to take on responsibilities and challenges.
• Good command of Autocad or other renovation software.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Self-motivated, independent, and responsible.
