• Document prompt designs, AI outputs, and iteration changes for transparency and reproducibility
• Produce clear training manuals, guides, and instructional documentation for learners and stakeholders

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure training materials meet organizational and regulatory requirements
• Maintain documentation and version control
• Review AI-generated content for accuracy and appropriateness
