XOXO & Co is a Singapore-based event furniture rental, floristry and styling company that helps bring weddings, celebrations and corporate events to life. We combine furniture, floral arrangements and decorative elements to create welcoming, thoughtfully styled spaces that suit each occasion.

Our work brings together the practical and creative sides of event preparation—from selecting and preparing materials to arranging flowers, styling tables and backdrops, and putting the finishing touches on-site. Working with both fresh and faux flowers allows us to explore different textures, colours and styles across a variety of event settings.

Behind every finished space is a hands-on team effort. We value creativity, attention to detail, organisation and the willingness to help one another throughout preparation, setup and teardown. For interns who are curious about floristry and event styling, XOXO offers an opportunity to learn through practical involvement and see how individual design elements come together to shape an event experience.

You will:

• Prepare and condition fresh flowers.
• Assist with floral arrangements, centrepieces and decorative displays.
• Help style tables, backdrops and event spaces.
• Pack flowers, décor and supplies.
• Assist with on-site setup and teardown.
• Care for tools and materials and keep the workspace organised.

We’re looking for someone with an interest in flowers, design or event styling, a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a reliable approach to teamwork. You should be comfortable with practical work in the studio and at event venues. Beginners are welcome; prior floristry experience is not required.

You’ll learn flower preparation, floral care, arrangement techniques and wedding/event styling coordination.

Monthly allowance: S$650–1,000.
Working days: Wednesday to Sunday. Sunday will be an additional day off when no Sunday work is scheduled.
