Job Description
- Managing full set of accounts and full spectrum of accounting functions
- Perform day to day finance operations to ensure smooth operations of the Company
- Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts and submission of report
- Handle bank reconciliation, monitor cash flow and assist in the preparation of forecasts
- Ensure timely GST reporting and compliance
- Prepare audit schedules and accounts for audit
- Liaise with banks, Corporate Secretary and Tax Agents on related matters
- Provide ad-hoc support to any other duties and projects as per assigned
Requirements
- Diploma, Degree in Finance/Accountancy or relevant qualification (e.g ACCA)
- At least 3 year of hands-on accounting experiences handling full sets of accounts
- Meticulous, organised and good attention to details
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
