Job Description
Part-time eCommerce Data Entry Admin
Responsibilities
- Accurate and efficient data entry into our company database
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Organise and store data filies in a structured manner
- Assist with basic data analysis and reporting task
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues
- Ensure compliance with company data handling policies and regulation
Requirement
- Proficient in using data entry software and spreadsheet application
- Excellent organisation and time management skill
- Able to read and write Chinese
- Can work at least 4 hours per work shift and 20 hours per week
