• Manage MYOB accounts for local and one Hong Kong entity
• Accounts Payable, Receivables
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation & CPF contribution
• Manage payroll functions and monthly bills payable
• Generate invoices for billing, keeping track of disbursements
• Prepare and submit IRAS tax compliance with all statutory requirements
• Communicate and liaise with external accountant
• General administrative work / Accounts / HR functions
• Assist in the daily operation of the Company, handle emails & calls.
• Maintaining, keeping, recording, and filing proper administrative records
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Director

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in accounting.
• We are looking for someone who is dedicated, independent, and minimal supervision
• Good command of English
• MYOB knowledge
• Preferred Singaporeans
