XINCAP partners and affiliates are looking for Graphic Designers to provide conceptual ideas and create graphic arts. The desired candidate must be a self-starter, responsible and motivated individual who prides themselves in delivering results. More importantly, the position requires a confident designer who can demonstrate his/her track record and communicate his/her ideas effectively.

1) Xin Advisory: Provide financial services including but not limited to investments, fundraising, accounting and tax advisory
2) Xin Food: Partnership with the largest poultry supplier in Singapore and Malaysia and created CEMANI, Singapore’s very first premium chicken snack brand
Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for graphic design, basic animation, video editing, digital assets and brochures
- Conceptualize, develop and create elements for designs and layouts as per company’s media and digital campaign
- Design creative elements and posters across multi-channel platforms and actively pursue new media and digital ideas
- Prepare marketing materials, set up webpages and accounts with on social media platform and marketing sites (Facebook, Instagram, Carousell etc.)
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and InDesign
- Based in Singapore during internship period
- Fluent in English with good communication skills (Verbal, writing and presentation)
- Driven and independent individual who is able to thrive in a dynamic, changing and fast-paced work environment
