Mobile Game Designer (RPG Games Coy)

• Full time/Permanent
• Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm (hybrid work mode, mixture of work-from-home and work-from-office arrangement)

XII Braves is currently looking for a motivated and skilled Senior or Game Designer to craft awesome mobile games like Shining Beyond and more.

It is part of your job to convince your team members to develop the game you design. A position that can design the next top grossing mobile social game in worldwide context and to be played by millions of others.

• Draft game content design, map designs, tutorials, meta designs, skill designs etc
• Game trend research and proposals
• Handle GDDs (game design documentation), produce game events
• Handle game optimization to reduce space etc
• Data entry and documentation

Job Requirements:

• Possess Diploma/Degree in related Games Design discipline (such as from Digipen, SUSS etc welcome) with at least 1 to 5 years of relevant Game Designer background and experience
• Advanced EXP in comprehensive knowledge and interest in mobile social gaming industry
• Strong in creating detailed GDDs
• Understand the market and target audiences for mobile social gaming
• Excellent command of Excel Data sheets
• Excellent communication – active listening skills, accessible verbal and written presentation
• Able to work independently and under pressure and produce results under sometimes tight schedules
• Self-directed within a team context
• Creative, innovative, positive problem solving perspective

Bonus to have:

• Experience in developing or publishing mobile RPGs
• Extensive experience in Math and economy balancing
