CREUSE is a new sustainable brand launching in August 2020 by XCEL Industrial Supplies, an organisation which has been providing innovative and uncompromising pallet and packaging solutions to the wider industry since 1992. Sustainability is at the forefront of our operations, and we strive to be socially and environmentally responsible by committing to the circular economy concept and work towards a Zero Waste Singapore.
CREUSE is essentially the “creative reuse” of reclaimed pallet wood, and is borne from our passion to educate and provide the masses with an opportunity to be environmentally sustainable.
We are looking for a Lead Designer to drive the brand alongside a young team, where you will be given autonomy and support to pursue your creative inclinations. You will be designing sustainable products for retail, large-scale events and workshops.

- Develop product designs, drawings and renderings based on latest trends and turn them into functional prototypes.
- Work closely with the team to come up with product designs and event spaces designs based on customer’s requirements and revise designs to meet customer expectations.
- Ensure the products are completed on time and perform quality check on products.
- Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and create social media graphics and marketing collaterals when required.
- Producing prototypes and models to test functionality.
- Lead project installations and ensure installation completion.
- Facilitate upcycling workshops and sustainability events.
- Ensure paperwork, digital design files, and renderings are well-organized and maintained.
- Perform other work-related tasks that may be requested.
