The role of the Marketing Intern will work with the team to handle both above the line, below the line and through the line campaigns, with huge emphasis on the digital space. The marketing initiatives and strategies range from client specific to event specific to parent-company specific to boost branding and sales/revenue. Key KPIs involve driving awareness, traffic, conversions, and revenue, through on-the-ground brand activation and capitalising on all digital advertising platforms inclusive but not limited to Display, Mobile, Social media, SEM and SEO. It also includes analysis and reporting of campaigns targets, objectives and reviews.
This position reports to the Marketing Manager, but will also be managed by the Managing Partners. The company’s expansion into other countries will give this individual the opportunity to travel if he/she proves him/herself capable enough to handle the foreign markets.
Responsibilities
- Contribute effectively in the ideation process for new and existing jobs/campaigns.
- Develop effectiveness in marketing campaigns across print, display, mobile, SEM, SEO, and social media engagement though continual execution, measurement and optimization that supports the overall business vision and objectives.
- Develop strategies to improve online & social media engagement, CRM sign-ups, increase transaction & revenue generation within given budget across various platforms.
- Crafting and copyrighting of press releases and communications on all social media platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in related field of study.
- Understanding of deploying print, display, SEM, SEO, and social media campaigns.
- Understanding of Digital Performance Marketing and Google Analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven recommendations to maximize total digital marketing return.
- Strong grasp of the overall digital marketing ecosystem in Singapore and the role that digital strategies applies with consumers’ lifestyle, social and consumer trends
- Communicate coherently with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly driven, resourceful and independent team player
- Excellent command of the English Language
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
