Campaigns Intern (Jan - Jun 2020)


Major Functions

The intern will support the Campaigns team in Singapore. The intern will assist in the day-to-day event management in the run up to and at Earth Hour as well as campaigns during April- June.


Requirements

The person should be meticulous, energetic, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at a time. 


Major Duties and Responsibilities

Earth Hour (Jan- March)

  • Assist with day-to-day operations and event planning
  • Assist with the set-up and breakdown of events both on-site and in the office
  • Help develop community tool kits
  • Manage assigned duties for smooth delivery of event
  • Help manage stakeholders including but not limited to; the event agency, volunteers, WWF staff and donors
  • Assist in content planning and marketing
  • Help collate feedback after Earth Hour

Campaigns (April-June)

  • Conduct desktop and on-ground research for campaigns to pull together information and evidence to support campaigns key messages/asks
  • Help research background of corporates and community organisations
  • Assist with outreach to corporate partners, communities, volunteers and other stakeholders
  • Help develop campaign assets, presentations, posters- as required
  • Help with admin and day to day running of the campaign
  • Create surveys/reports to assess campaign's progress
  • Help communicate the campaigns internally by providing updates for workplace and writing success stories.
