Job Description
• Develop and prepare drawings and designs from initial ideas, sketches, specification sheets
• Drafting of carpentry detailed drawings using relevant software
• Understanding and communicate consequences of designs
• Work closely with interior designers to understand design requirements
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
• Proficient in 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, V Ray Rendering, Photoshop and other relevant soft skills
• At least 1 years of experience in residential and commercial designs using Solid works and AutoCAD
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Experienced in managing and completion of tasks independently
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin
• Singaporeans and PRs preferred
