- Taking care of front desk
- Serving customers and fulfilling their enquiries
- Attending to the library loans and returns
- Maintenance of library loan records and processing new and condemned library books
- Processing student incentives
- Working with admin team to make calls to clients and usher clients around the centre
- Providing the necessary admin support to ensure smoothness in operations
