Job Description

About the Role - Travel Operations Associate
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Operations Associate (Trainee) to support our day-to-day travel operations. This role plays a key part in coordinating travel arrangements, supporting our clients—primarily from Japan—and contributing to the planning of meaningful travel experiences. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about travel and have a strong interest in Japan.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle travel reservations and inquiries with suppliers, including hotels, transportation providers, meal vendors, and other service partners
• Coordinate closely with suppliers to ensure accurate bookings and smooth travel arrangements
• Provide customer care and operational support
• Assist in planning travel itineraries and researching new travel programmes and destinations
• Support the team with operational and administrative tasks as required

Requirements
• Japanese language proficiency is not required
• Strong interest in Japan, Japanese culture, or Japan-related travel is essential
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
• Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory
