Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Execution
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
• Support the launch of new services, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Develop engaging content including posts, reels, and promotional visuals that align with brand identity.
• Monitor social media trends and propose creative ideas to enhance engagement and reach.
Content Creation & Branding
• Coordinate the development of marketing materials including digital content, promotional visuals, and in-store collaterals.
• Ensure brand messaging and visual identity remain consistent across all marketing channels.
Customer Engagement & Partnerships
• Work with influencers, beauty creators, and brand partners to increase brand exposure and generate customer interest.
• Support customer engagement initiatives such as loyalty programs, promotions, and events.
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
• Track and analyze marketing performance including campaign results, social media engagement, and customer response.
• Prepare regular reports and provide insights to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Market Research & Trend Monitoring
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging beauty trends.
• Provide recommendations to enhance marketing strategies and brand positioning.
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media management, preferably in the beauty, lifestyle, retail, or consumer industry. (bonus)
• Strong interest in beauty, aesthetics, and lifestyle brands.
• Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging digital content.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar).
