Job Description

Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, hands-on Digital Media Associate to support and manage content operations across multiple F&B and lifestyle brands. This is a 6-month paid internship designed for individuals who are passionate about social media, content creation, and brand storytelling.

In this role, you will take ownership of assigned brands — managing their day-to-day content, ensuring consistent posting, maintaining engagement, and supporting campaign execution. You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to bring ideas to life while building strong foundations in content strategy, social media management, and digital marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Execution

  • Plan and manage content calendars across assigned brands
  • Coordinate with videographers and creative teams for content production
  • Ensure consistent and timely posting across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Maintain daily and weekly content output across multiple brands

Social Media Management

  • Write captions aligned with each brand’s tone and positioning
  • Schedule and publish posts, reels, and stories
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities, including IG stories and updates
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across platforms

Community & DM Management

  • Respond to customer enquiries via Instagram DMs and other platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage basic customer interactions and route enquiries to relevant teams when required
  • Maintain consistent tone and communication style across all interactions

Campaign & Marketing Support

  • Assist in campaign planning and rollout (promotions, launches, activations)
  • Work closely with the Senior Art Director and marketing team to ensure smooth execution
  • Support livestream campaigns and marketing initiatives where required

Performance & Optimisation

  • Track content performance (views, reach, engagement)
  • Analyse trends and insights to improve content effectiveness
  • Provide suggestions to optimise content strategy and engagement

On-Ground Content Support

  • Occasionally required to be on-site at outlets (restaurants / salon)
  • Support shoots, capture content, and ensure key content opportunities are not missed

What You Will Learn

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field
  • Internship, school project, or personal experience in content creation or social media is welcomed
  • Strong interest in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta)

Portfolio is required — candidates with strong portfolios will be prioritised

  • Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of content performance metrics (engagement, reach, etc.)
  • Strong writing skills for captions and social media content
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple brands and timelines
  • Comfortable handling both creative and operational aspects of social media
  • Willing to be on-site occasionally for content shoots
  • Hands-on experience with DSLR photography, video filming, and editing is preferred

Brands: F&B & Lifestyle (Japanese Restaurants + Salon)

Location: Hybrid (WFH / Town)

Schedule: 5 days/week
