We are looking to hire a hardworking, customer-oriented associate who is up for a challenge in a fast-paced environment. This job requires the hire to test & pack online orders. You are also expected to ensure there are enough packing materials in the shop to fulfil future orders. After every order is packed, you are also expected to answer customer queries, both online and offline, monitor customer activities to prevent shoplifting incidents, arranging store inventories, and process various transactions. You should also be able to identify customer needs and recommend suitable items to best satisfy their needs. Effective communication, attention to detail and thinking out of the box are the keys to success in this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Picking, testing & packing of online orders, ensuring every customer receives non defective products
2. Addressing & resolving online & offline customers complaints in a professional manner
3. Help customers in locating desired shop items
4. Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases
5. Performing end-of-day cleaning duties such as wiping down shelves, items as well as sweeping and mopping of shop floor
6. Processing customer payments using the shop’s POS system
7. Maintaining in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed
