Studio Assistant
Looking for a self-motivated and organized assistant for an art studio. We're seeking someone who is also proficient in graphic skills. The roles and responsibilities include:
Maintaining weekly operations of studio (10%)
Optimising and updating website (20%)
Developing and maintaining workflow process for webstore (20% of the time)
Handling administrative operations matters for student’s affairs. (30% of the time)
Assisting in range of creative projects and education courses (20%)
All staff undergoes a 1-month confirmation and probation period. Working hours: 5 hours x 3 times a week. 1-6pm. Working hours need to be flexible.
