Job Description
Senior Human Resource Assistant, Payroll (6 Months / 1-year Contract)
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain staff data in Unit 4 HRMS and personal files
- Verify attendances/ liaise with stores and HR on payroll related matters
- Prepare memo/ cheque payments
- Assist in administering staff benefits and claims in accordance with Company policies
- Handle employees' queries on pay and benefits
- Any projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- GCE O/ N level. Fresh school graduates are welcome to apply
- Meticulous, analytical and eye for details
- Good problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
