Senior Human Resource Assistant, Payroll (6 Months / 1-year Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain staff data in Unit 4 HRMS and personal files
• Verify attendances/ liaise with stores and HR on payroll related matters
• Prepare memo/ cheque payments
• Assist in administering staff benefits and claims in accordance with Company policies
• Handle employees' queries on pay and benefits
• Any projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements: 

• GCE O/ N level. Fresh school graduates are welcome to apply
• Meticulous, analytical and eye for details
• Good problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
