Wing Tai Holdings Limited – Corporate Communications Intern

Wing Tai Holdings Limited is Singapore’s leading property developer and lifestyle company reputed for quality and design.  The principal activity of the company is that of an investment holding company, focused on key markets in Asia.  The Wing Tai Asia network of companies including Wing Tai Holdings Limited (Singapore), Wing Tai Malaysia Sdn. Bhd, Wing Tai  Properties (Hong Kong), Wing Tai China Pte Ltd and their subsidiaries, have core businesses in property investment and development, lifestyle retail and hospitality management.

Responsibilities

• Daily media monitoring to pick up relevant news
• Develop effective communications collaterals to support events and initiatives 
• Content curation for social media platforms and intranet
• Conduct research for speeches and interviews
• Ideation, planning, communication, and execution of CSR activities.
• Assess sponsorship requests
• Support the Communications team in administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Arts, Communications, Marketing or equivalent
• A background in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or Business Management
• A creative communicator with a flair for writing and design
• Experience in article writing, eDM creation, video editing, website design and social media is a plus
• Familiar with design software such as Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator is an advantage
• A self-starter who takes initiative and appreciates teamwork
• Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise while meeting deadlines
