The Role
As an Ecommerce Operations Assistant, you will support the team in the launch of the site and its channel activities. Depending on your suitability, you will assist in one of the following key duties:
Digital Sales & Marketing Support
- Assist in the design of creative briefs which include onsite activities, electronic direct mails, ads and social posts
- Assist in the creation of contents and manage the blast dates
- Support site operation management (e.g. scheduling of banners)
- Manage social media content for respective brands
- Liaise with Freelancer/ Designers on artworks
Asset Digitalisation
- Assist in the digitalisation of assets for e-commerce listing
- Assist in photo and video production
- Liaise with third party vendors and internal stakeholders
- Design and copywrite for online editorials
Our Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree graduates in Fashion/ Marketing/ Communications
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)
- Preferably with some experience in ecommerce
- Experience in Shopify and Magento is a plus
- Strong aesthetic in creative arts and copywriting skills
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Ability to commit full-time/ part-time for a period of 6 months
