As a part of the Wilhelmsen graduate program, you will have the opportunity to work with our different group companies around the world, learn new skills, come up with new ideas that can actually make a difference and shape the future of the maritime industry. During your time with us you will work with the leading digital products and ideas developed by Wilhelmsen, soon to be further developed as a part of our company portfolio.

The programme will start in August 2023 and will last for a period of 24 months.
You will be based at our office in Singapore and rotate to different locations in our global company. Candidates without prior experience or with minimal experience are welcome. We are looking for candidates with passion and drive in digitalization to join us.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or master’s degree within relevant field with solid academic results
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships across functions and regions
- Ability to act on own initiative in a proactive, structured and empowered manner
- Good interpersonal and influencing skills
- Highly motivated team player
- Attention to details, and ability to set and meet objectives
