1. Graphic Design Intern (6 months Feb – Aug 2018)

Responsibilities:

• Researching of creative design concepts
• Create designs for various marketing collateral to corporate brand guidelines
• Assist in managing external design and media agencies
• Coordinate photoshoots for assigned projects
• Other projects as assigned
• Assist with video production (shooting, editing, etc)

Requirements:

• Portfolio of minimum 5 items
• Must be proficient in basic design programs including Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge/Skills of Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of video editing software is preferred
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Attention to detail and well organized

2. Digital media / Video production Intern (6 months Feb – Aug 2018)

Responsibilities:

• Researching of creative video concepts
• Brainstorming and pitching video ideas
• Coordinate scripting and storyboarding
• Shoot and edit videos for various marketing and internal communications campaigns
• Assist in coordinating with external media agencies
• Coordinate and assist in photoshoots for assigned projects
• Going out in the field for production assignments (e.g. boarding vessels or port visits)
• Other projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Portfolio of minimum 5 items
• Capable shooters and fast editors with a passion for storytelling
• Proficient in video editing software
• Preferred: Proficient in video animation
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Attention to detail and well organized

3. Marketing Communications (Copywriter) Intern (6 months Feb – Aug 2018)

Responsibilities:

• Researching of maritime industry and digital marketing trends
• Brainstorm and collaborate on content strategy and creative concepts
• Write content for various marketing campaigns
• Publish website updates and marketing automation programs (training provided)
• Support global internal teams by editing and proofreading marketing deliverables as needed
• Collaborate with external media agencies in producing marketing material
• Going out in the field for writing assignments (e.g. interviews in-port or onboard ships)
• Other projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Portfolio of minimum 5 written articles
• Passion for creative writing with a great writing style
• Educational background in journalism, public relations, communications, marketing, or advertising
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

4. Digital Innovations Intern (6 months Feb – Aug 2018)

Responsibilities:

• Handling and cleaning of data
• Automating analysis
• Assist in developing new digital reporting tools
• Assist in managing governance around various digital initiatives
• Other projects as assigned
• Assist with managing databases and building dashboards in PowerBI

Requirements:

• Must be proficient in Excel
• Preferably some experience in PowerBI
• Knowledge of building queries in excel, azure and powerbi is desired
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
