Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate all Service Agreement related jobs
- Ensure all account are handled without any delay
- Extract job details out from Virtual Agent or email which inform by global agent.
- Ensure proper account handling, including correct data input, monitoring, verification and processing.
- Follow up closely on account queries with local agent
- Provide breakdown calculations for invoices in local currency for easy understanding
- Ensure adherence related to regulatory issues pertaining to Ships Agency
- Provide regular feedback on the disputes on local agent/global agent to the respective personnel
- Gather information required to help investigation and resolve disputes in account settlement
- Follow up complaints/non-compliance through improvement/complaint system in place for agents
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma in Maritime Business or similar discipline
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience from the marine industry, preferably ships agency operations
- Able to work independently and systematically
- Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities
- Positive attitude and excellent service mindset
