Werms.Inc – Business Management Trainee

Werms.Inc is an insect farm that upcycles food waste into insect protein for the pet feed industry and fertiliser for plant hobbyists. We provide live and dried pet feed and conduct workshops/events frequently to educate consumers on our food waste situation and the sustainable use of insects.

Roles & Responsibilities

Work closely with the business development and operations team to ensure campaign targets are met and seamless order fulfilments.

Suggest methods of improving existing business verticals for better customer engagement and retention.

Enhance community engagement through outreach campaigns and community focused events.

Collaborate with existing stakeholders and retailers to improve bottom line deliverables

Push interactive community events and oversee its execution from start to end

Good time management skills to juggle multiple on-going projects.
