WERK – Digital Marketing Intern

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join our team and assist in the execution of our digital marketing strategies. The Digital Marketing Intern will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email, and web. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and web

- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization

- Help manage and grow our social media presence by creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with our audience

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to ensure cohesive campaign execution

- Assist with the creation of email campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and A/B testing

- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies

Requirements:

Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn

Basic knowledge of email marketing best practices

Familiarity with graphic design tools, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Copy writing skills & Experience with digital marketing tools, such as HubSpot, or Mailchimp is a plus
