We're looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Concierge to join our team and be the first point of contact for our users.
As a Concierge executive, you will serve as a personal guide and support resource for users navigating their healthcare journey through our app. Your role combines elements of customer success, healthcare coordination, and tech support to deliver an exceptional user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for app users, offering personalized support via chat, phone, or email.
Help users schedule appointments and manage follow-ups.
Assist with onboarding new users, walking them through app features and functionality.
Act as a liaison between users and healthcare providers, ensuring smooth communication.
Proactively identify user needs and help resolve issues quickly and empathetically.
Gather user feedback and work with the product team to improve app features and experience.
Maintain accurate records of user interactions and follow-ups.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and troubleshoot app functions.
