Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management

Assist in tracking stock levels, updating inventory systems, and ensuring inventory accuracy across platforms.

• Warehouse Operations Support

Work closely with the warehouse manager on daily operational tasks, including:

• Setting up wave bills

• Tracking return and refund orders

• Supporting outbound and inbound operations

• E-commerce Platform Operations (Shopee & TikTok Shop)

• Manage and update product listings

• Support campaign sign-ups and promotion settings

• Assist with pricing, vouchers, and platform tools during sales periods

• Affiliate & Creator Support

• Assist with affiliate outreach and coordination

• Track deliverables and support campaign execution

• Customer Support

• Handle customer enquiries across platforms

• Assist in resolving order-related issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• Able to commit to a minimum of 5 months

• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital tools

• Willingness to learn e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and TikTok Shop

• Interest in e-commerce, startups, or digital business operations
