WelcomeStay – Onboarding Intern

WelcomeStay started in 2025 and helps universities house their international students with off-campus housing. Ideally the process is largely automated but in this phase, there is still a substantial manual administrative element in the entire process, in addition to onsite activities to onboard students and rooms.

• Communication with homeowners and co-living providers about rooms to rent out
• Maintaining room information on the platform
• Organising and/or making pictures of the rooms
• Maintaining information on the rooms on the platform
• Collecting student information
• Performing background checks on landlords and students
• Support the (automated) process of matching students to rooms / units
• Support the (automated) process of signing contracts between landlord and student
• Maintaining information on the students on the platform
• Support production and distribution of information to students and landlords
• Support and execute business development activities to find and onboard landlords and students
• Support and execute communication and provisioning of management information

All these tasks can and will be allocated over all interns depending on your personal preference and qualities.

We will try and adjust jobscope and tasks to your preferences and skills. Working hours and work location are decided upon weekly
