We're looking for a result-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

• Identify customer needs and recommend related products and services provided based on requirements. (Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
• Assist to resolve issues as and when arises, feedbacks of orders, managed return & exchange of merchandise
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
• Execute Ad-hoc jobs assigned by the management
• Provide marketing ideas and support on marketing related task.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience in related field with excellent selling and communication, and customer service skills
• Able to work in fast-paced environments, self-motivated with results driven approach
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Fast learner, passion for sale and interact with people.
• Able to work independently and be a good team player
• Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office
