Wee Hur Holdings Ltd (Group) is a listed company on the Singapore Exchange, with businesses in property development, construction, worker’s dormitory, fund management and purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA). We are seeking a driven, motivated and passionate marketing intern as we embark upon our exciting new phase of growth and expansion in the PBSA sector in several major cities in Australia.
You will be employed under Wee Hur Hospitality Pte Ltd (Company), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group, which is the entity that is responsible for the success of our PBSA management brand. You will report directly to the General Manager.
This position offers a dynamic and exciting environment in which you will be facilitating our digital marketing execution and operations. You will be handling onsite and off-site content creation for SEO purposes, and pro-actively building relationships with partnership websites to increase backlinking. You will be actively curating content with our marketing agency and auditing these contents to make sure that they are aligned with our brand guidelines and tailored for our target audience and marketing objectives. You will also be handling all our marketing assets, liaising with all our partners and platforms to ensure that our marketing content is updated. Finally, you will be conducting research to ensure that our customer persona, journey, competitor’s social media landscape, and other relevant marketing information, are up to date.

Key responsibilities:
- Create onsite/offsite content for SEO purposes
- Create more backlinks and develop sound relationships with partner websites
- Maintain our website blog and create value-added and impactful content that can drive traffic and SEO score
- Create leads magnet that can drive conversions/sign ups
- Carry out research and due diligence
- Audit content from marketing agencies on all social media platforms.
- Optimise landing pages that are built by marketing agency
- Help to manage all our marketing assets
- Any ad-hoc task relating to marketing, branding and website content creation.
