This is a learning internship. Hence, interns do not require prior knowledge to Server Hardware and Server Operating Systems. Key job scope includes:
- Provide End-User Support (Desktop & Notebook)
- Assist in Video Streaming services.
- Assist in Desktop Setups & Networking
- Perform Server Backups
- General Technical Support
- WIX & Squarespace website maintenance (Optional)
- Flexible hours
