We distribute tele-rehabilitation software with current lead product No 1 in the Singapore market. We also provide medical tourism services for leading innovative Japanese healthcare companies involved in regenerative medicine, Immunotherapy and Radiotherapy.

Technical Sales Engineer Intern (Healthcare) 

Learning Opportunity: Technical Sales Support & New Business Development

Work Directly with the Founder | Hands-On Role in a Fast-Moving Environment

I'm looking for an intern who’s analytical, hands-on, self-driven, and eager to learn. You’ll be working directly with me in a small, agile setup focused on exploring new products and entering new markets—particularly in the medical and emerging change management space. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys experimenting, solving real-world problems, and wants exposure to both the technical and commercial sides of an early-stage venture and more.

We collaborate with companies developing next-generation technologies and services, and we’re actively working on exciting opportunities in both new market development and new product innovation.

Internship Format & Commitment

The ideal candidate is someone who can commit to an extended internship arrangement—up to 2 years—on a best availability basis. This typically means working during school holidays and for a few months each year, with flexibility around your academic schedule.

Scope of Work

A. Technical Sales Support (60%)

You’ll spend a good part of your time working with hardware and software to make sure our systems run reliably and perform well for customers.

Examples of tasks:

  • Optimize off-the-shelf desktop computers and peripheral setups
    (No hard coding involved. You'll be stress testing, troubleshooting, and adjusting settings for Windows 10, motherboards, GPUs, 3D cameras, and other peripherals.)
  • Run performance and reliability tests
  • Set up desktop systems before delivery
  • Try out new hardware configurations
  • Help out with other hands-on tasks related to tech setup and support

B. New Business Development (40%)

Once the core tech work is running smoothly, you’ll also get involved in exploring commercial opportunities.

Examples of tasks:

  • Assist in outreach and simple marketing activities
  • Support customer conversations and demos
  • Explore ideas for new products, markets, and partnerships
  • Help shape how we present and position our offerings

 

Note:This role is ideal if you like building things, figuring stuff out as you go, and want to see how real-world products get developed and launched. We’re currently exploring several exciting opportunities in the medical space, both locally and overseas.
