Job Description

* Social Media Storytellers Wanted: Step into the Digital Universe! *

Are you a digital enthusiast with a passion for crafting captivating narratives on social media? Our internship is the ultimate hub for budding digital storytellers! If you're all about creating engaging content, love shaping impactful stories, and have the tech skills to work magic online, this is your chance.

It’s a 3-6-month journey through the digital realm, full-time and bursting with excitement. Get ready to soak up the ins and outs of crafting compelling social media narratives!

Commit to a minimum of 3 months, and trust us, the experience will be a game-changer.

Responsibilities

  • Provide stellar digital support to Client Servicing Teams, ensuring campaigns run seamlessly and hitting all deadlines.
  • Seize the chance to create and plan digital content, adding your creative touch to campaigns and strategies.
  • Become that Data Insights Pro by translating complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making across different channels.
  • Combine data sources from owned, paid, and earned channels to drive powerful campaign analysis.
  • Share comprehensive reports on client and competitor activity, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
  • Take charge of managing social channels for B2B / B2C clients, creating compelling content that aligns with campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate schedules and events seamlessly, providing indispensable support behind the scenes for campaign execution.
  • Contribute to data-driven insights and strategy sessions for pitching new businesses, showcasing your analytical prowess.
  • Ensure seamless execution by facilitating effective communication and support for media-related activities.
  • Support and manage the online communities across clients' social channels.
  • Handle various projects and act as a resource for the Client Servicing Teams as required

Requirements

  • A Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or equivalent
  • Familiar with social media tools such as blogs, microblogging, social networks, RSS, etc.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, able to read and write Chinese is a definite advantage
  • Good translation skills, be able to translate Chinese articles into English or vice versa is a bonus
  • Ability to stay organised and prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
  • Good understanding and passion for PR and marketing communications
  • Basic understanding of social media trends
  • Strong interest in B2B Technology is a big plus!
