WE COMMUNICATIONS - INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME
Our internship programme provides graduates who have a strong passion for beautiful design, moving creative, and impactful storytelling the opportunity to gain practical experience through on-job training. We’re looking to hire a person with a flair for great design, an eye for creative detail, and the technical skills to translate ideas into compelling visuals. If you think-out-of the-box and can transform creative solutions into eye-catching and impactful offline and online content, then we’re looking for you.
The internship programme is a 3-6-month, full time basis. Interested parties must be able to commit a minimum 3 months full time training. Full time employment may be offered to interns upon the completion of the internship programme based on work performance and business needs
Interested parties, regardless of your academic disciplines, who have a passion in Public Relations are welcome to apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the Account Director/ Creative Producer and creative content team in Singapore to support clients with content marketing ideas
- Participate in brainstorms and preparation of new creative content proposals including sourcing of relevant creative references
- Conceptualize, create, design and produce digital assets to support campaigns for social channels, content hubs, and creative content
- Pitch ideas, storyboard, shoot, and edit original social media video content (TikToks/ reels)
- Assist team in video shoot productions
- Familiarize with client products/services and their competitors
- Deliver all final artwork and exports at best possible quality
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Communications, Visual Communications, Media, Journalism, or related fields
- A quick and willing learner with an open mindset
- A creative thinker with the ability to come up with innovative solutions and communicate ideas in an effective and engaging manner
- A team player who can follow creative direction and produce rich and dynamic content that fits within a defined style or purpose
- An independent worker who can meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a must
- Experience in video production (shooting, creating content, and editing) is a must
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications is a must
- Basic knowledge of 2D animation (After Effects) is a plus
