We Are Caring – Customer Service Officer

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Liaise with clients by:
  • Replying to enquiries effectively
  • Ensuring clear communication with clients in establishing criteria
  • Providing guidance to clients in finding a well-suited helper
• Expand portfolio of customers in a sustainable manner by providing the best level of service at all times, including during the period of helper’s employment
• Act as an intermediary between clients and administrative officer to ensure important documents are retrieved
• Keeping our collaborative dashboard updated to efficiently share the information in real-time
• Establish weekly client-helper interview schedule with the team

Requirements

• Any academic background with interest for innovation and the migrant workers’ industry
• Proficient with IT - We are a paperless company
• Applicant will need to obtain has Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI), a mandatory qualification delivered by MOM for all personnel working in employment agencies. The company will pay for the Certification
• Able to commit for a minimum period of 4 months
• Passionate attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Ability to work autonomously

Working Conditions

• 5-days work week (Saturday and any other weekday is an off day and Sunday is a mandatory work day)
• Remuneration: $800 to $1,000
