Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Salary: $1800/mth
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Location: Woodlands/Admiralty (Near Admiralty MRT)
Work term: Permanent Full-time
JOB DESCRIPTION
•Book deliveries with logistics partners for website orders
•Package small parcels for shipping
•Keep track of deliveries
•Answer customer queries about logistics, products
•Quarterly stocktakes
•Misc duties on occasion
REQUIREMENTS
•Minimum A/O Levels
•Fluent in written and spoken English
•Basic computer skills (Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)
•Singapore Citizen or PR
GOOD TO HAVE
•Young, enthusiastic
•Live nearby
•Don’t require constant supervision; thrive in a casual environment
