Wavecell – Regional Marketing Intern

Wavecell is APAC’s leading cloud communications platform offering Messaging, Chat Apps, Video Interaction and Voice to enhance customer experience and business productivity. 

• Create and manage project plans for various events activities
• Coordinate events, meetings and trade shows
• Negotiate with suppliers and event organisers
• Manage external events’ operations and logistics matters
• Manage marketing materials and collateral needed for events
• Prepare internal event briefs as needed
• Identify regional events to participate / sponsor
• Industry research and propose events to participate to grow local and regional awareness
• Daily media monitoring
• Research market trends and propose content marketing ideas
• Assist in public relations research and proposed activities to increase brand awareness
• Assist in email marketing
• Assist in photoshoots and videography sessions
• Assist in digital marketing campaigns
• Assist in internal events (e.g. team bonding, birthday celebrations, etc.)
• Provide support to each member of the marketing team as needed
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to multi-task and take initiative
• Hardworking and dedicated outlook
• Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
• Fun loving and a problem solver
• Singaporean or Singaporean PR only
• Able to commit to a minimum 4 months internship
