What will you do in a nutshell?
You will need to enjoy planning events from the smallest details, managing budget and negotiating with suppliers, vendors and event organisers. You also need to be creative and ambitious in marketing to a tech audience by assisting in researching and proposing content marketing ideas.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage project plans for various events activities
- Coordinate events, meetings and trade shows
- Negotiate with suppliers and event organisers
- Manage external events’ operations and logistics matters
- Manage marketing materials and collateral needed for events
- Prepare internal event briefs as needed
- Identify regional events to participate / sponsor
- Industry research and propose events to participate to grow local and regional awareness
- Daily media monitoring
- Research market trends and propose content marketing ideas
- Assist in public relations research and proposed activities to increase brand awareness
- Assist in email marketing
- Assist in photoshoots and videography sessions
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns
- Assist in internal events (e.g. team bonding, birthday celebrations, etc.)
- Provide support to each member of the marketing team as needed
About You
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to multi-task and take initiative
- Hardworking and dedicated outlook
- Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
- Fun loving and a problem solver
- Singaporean or Singaporean PR only
- Able to commit to a minimum 4 months internship
