Skills Required
Experience in creating content for the web, social media (especially Instagram) and growing a community for our brand! Ability to write persuasively and communicate your ideas to the readers! Very important! Read how we type our captions on Instagram for a gist.
Able to think of collaborations, partnerships, marketing tools to help the company increase sales conversion and brand awareness.
Must be familiar with Photoshop and Illustrator because we create content almost everyday for social media. At least a Diploma graduate or graduating from polytechnic.

We are an extremely small team (less than 5) and it is important that you take initiative instead of waiting for directions.

We are very detailed, strict, and fast-paced, it's okay to make mistakes as long as you learn and improve!
Strong attention to detail, analytical and love solving problems
Because we're a startup, every day is a different problem. You must learn to not panic and be persistent to solve problems! At the same time, we are also extremely detailed in our branding and are always improving/changing to avoid problems or crisis!
Good verbal and written communication skills
It's 2019, the only way you can capture someone's attention is by charming them with your words (copywriting) and not your face(aesthetics) only!
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Decisions are made every second, every hour. Prepare yourself for change every day and adapt to a company that's growing super fast!
Excellent time and project management skills
The key to doing well is to be disciplined. If you're always late and love to dilly dally, this might not be it for you.
