To meet the growing global demand for innovative solutions, WAGO has recently established a new R&D Competence Center in Singapore. This center focuses on advancing technologies in sensor systems and power electronics, serving key sectors such as energy, electric vehicles (EVs), building automation, and industrial factories.
We are looking for an intern who is enthusiastic about project coordination and cross-functional collaboration, and who is eager to support the successful execution of R&D initiatives from concept to pilot production.
Your key scope of tasks & responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating R&D project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Support project management documentation efforts including risk registers, communication plan..etc.
- Assist the Project Manager/Product Owner in backlog grooming & refinement
- Track progress of prototype builds, testing activities, and supplier interactions.
- Document and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Support logistics coordination for sample procurement, testing schedules, and supplier engagement.
- Participate in risk assessments, change management, and process improvement initiatives.
Your professional profile -qualifications & competences
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field).
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across diverse teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a reliable team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and the ability to build effective working relationships
