Job Description

Customer Service Executive

Location: Singapore

Pass Type: Work Permit

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon to Sat)

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and after-sales service issues.
  • Follow up on orders, logistics, returns, exchanges, and customer complaints.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Deliver professional and efficient customer service.

Requirements

  • Chinese Nationality.
  • Age between 22 and 35 years old.
  • Diploma or above.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent Mandarin communication skills.
  • Fluent in English for daily workplace communication and face-to-face interactions.
  • Responsible, customer-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce customer service (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
  • Experience in cross-border e-commerce or consumer electronics industry.
  • Overseas working experience is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: SGD 1,800 + Performance Bonus up to SGD 500.
  • Annual leave and medical leave according to Singapore employment regulations.
  • WP (Work Permit) application will be provided.
