Vue is a social commerce platform for fashion and lifestyle brands.
E-Commerce is a US$153B industry in Southeast Asia, yet the majority of new-age fashion and lifestyle brands remain underserved due to a lack of suitable solutions. Our platform is specifically engineered for them, giving them a more targeted reach while generating insights like never before. Meanwhile, young consumers are shopping differently from other generations. This change in behaviour is forcing a merger between social media and e-commerce.
Vue strives to be at the forefront of Shoppertainment by blending social entertainment with e-commerce. Having secured its second round of funding, Vue is looking to launch its platform by Dec 2020.
We are currently are team of 16 and looking to expand both full time and intern roles.

Description
Vue is looking for a LOA Operations Intern to support its Operations team. You will work closely with the CEO and Head of Operations to handle daily activities of the Vue platform. You will be required to apply fast and critical thinking skills during this internship.
You should have the bravery to challenge the status quo and think differently; thrive in ambiguity; work out loud together; thrive in a culture of giving ‘tough’ love to care for each other and the ideas; be ever curious, always connecting the dots.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand the Vue operational ecosystem
- Assist in content moderation on the platform
- Proactive role in ensuring top customer satisfaction
- Monitor and measure relevant data metrics and KPIs
- Maintain the integrity of the Vue community and platform
- Help support ad-hoc tasks where required
Job Requirements:
Please note you must meet all of these requirements to be considered for the position:
- Undergraduate in any local university
- Willing to take a Leave of Absence from school for one semester
- Must be able to relate to Vue's target audiences
- Strong communication skills, with a strong team spirit and can-do attitude
- Entrepreneurial mindset to take up responsibilities and challenges
- Excited to be working in a small start-up
As this is a LOA internship, candidates must be willing to take a semester break from school. In exchange, we are willing to compensate the intern well and provide ample learning opportunities. Part time may be considered for exceptional candidates at a lower remuneration.
