Core Responsibilities:
Edit footage into beautiful videos to clients’ approval using Adobe Premiere Pro CC or Apple Final Cut Pro X
Prepare footage for editing, including transcoding into appropriate formats, multi-cam setups, and sound sync
Addition of sound effects, music, recording of voice overs, sound mixing and basic motion animation
Work with other in-house motion graphics artists to create stunning motion graphics that will blow clients away (but we also want them to come back)
Project manage video post-production, ensuring quality of deliverables by stipulated deadline and proper project archival according to the procedures set by Voodoo Communications
Manage and maintain post production suites for optimal performance
Pre-Requisites:
Minimum diploma/degree in Video Production, Mass Communications, Multimedia or equivalent
Understanding of production and post-production workflow from production to delivery,
Good technical understanding of video formats and standards
Excellent aesthetics and rhythm
Passion for video editing and eager to improve oneself
A sense of ownership of each video you create (i.e. bragging rights)
Punctual and able to meet deadlines
Entry levels are welcome to apply; we believe that talent can come from anywhere in the pipeline; salary will be commensurate with productivity and quality of deliverables
Competent with Final Cut Pro and Premiere Pro
Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus
