WHAT IS THE SERVICE CENTRE?
Service Centre is the face of our service market logistics operations towards importers, dealers, customers, and our partners in sales & aftermarket.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Support the Service Centre team with responsibilities including order fulfillment, dealer inquiry, material flow coordination, and continuous improvement.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Order Fulfilment & Dealer Inquiry - recover backorders for urgent ordered spare parts, ensure parts delivery accuracy, update dealers on Estimated Time to Arrive (ETA), respond to dealer inquiries or complaints
- Material Flow Coordination - claims management for delivery deviations, ensure backorder information accuracy, campaign management, work cross-functionally to secure timely, accurate, and efficient flow of both information and goods
- Continuous Improvement - continuously improve the way of working individually as well as together with the team and manager

- Good teamwork
GENERIC SKILLS
- Computer literate in MS Office 365 tools
- Data analytical skills will be a plus
EDUCATION
- Undergraduates pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration
Working Location: 33 Joo Koon Circle, Singapore 629111 (company transport available)
Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Duration: 6 months; both full-time and part-time internship options are possible
