Job Description


  • Coordinate with buyer to support sourcing projects / RFQ process.
  • Supporting buyer on coordinating meeting arrangement with internal stakeholders for project meeting and documentations preparation.
  • Engage in market research / ad hoc sourcing to support engagement services activities when required.
  • Able to support for any ad hoc duties or administrative request when required.

 Required Skills & Experiences:

  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and Independent
  • Proficient in MS office (especially MS Excel)
  • Undergraduates pursuing Bachelor Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related disciplines

Company transport will be provided.
