Job Description
Function/Department(s): Accounting and Company Control
Reports To: Chief Accountant
Task & Responsibilities:
- Daily bank reconciliation for Treasury entities
- Audit confirmation for AP suppliers
- Cash or cheque deposit
- Employee travel claims checking
- Invoices sorting, filing or scanning
- Any other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned
Requirements:
- Self-starter, highly motivated, “get the job done” attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel.
- Fluency in English.
Education:
- Undergraduates pursuing Degree in Finance / Accounting
Internship can be on a full time or part time basis.
Candidates who can work from end April to September 2019 are preferred.
